With years of experience in dental hygiene, including significant time in public health, Kala Myers-French has dedicated her career to enhancing oral health through innovative and accessible services. Her journey in charitable work began with a non-profit organization, Maine Dental Health-Outreach, INC where she provided mobile dental hygiene services to schools across Central Maine. She witnessed the profound impact of bringing care directly to those in need. Since 2011, Kala has practiced as an Independent Dental Hygienist (IPDH), driven by a passion for both oral health and overall wellness. This passion inspired her to create a mobile business model that not only addresses dental health but also embraces holistic care and wellness modalities and removes barriers to care for children and adults alike. She wants to help families and communities see positive oral healthcare experiences, comprehensive care, and compassion that everyone deserves. Her goal is to see more healthy smiles and happy pain-free communities. Prevention is key!

Maine Oral Health & Wellness is the realization of her vision. The mobile practice is designed to serve a wide range of clients, including schools, organizations, businesses, and beyond who see their students, patients and employees who are unable to access dental care in an efficient and effective way. By bringing extensive oral health and wellness services directly to the community in easy to access locations, our practice ensures that high-quality care is accessible to everyone, regardless of their location or barriers to care including financial status. Our holistic approach integrates various aspects of health, aiming to promote overall well-being alongside dental care.
